Conferences

Conference, partner meeting, training, congress for up to 10-300 people in the middle of South Transdanubia, in Bikal. With four conference venues, seven types of accommodation, more than 130 unique rooms, four wellness areas and the country’s first historical theme park, we are waiting for you.


At us, you can find everything that is necessary for a successful event. You can organise one-, two- or even three-day conferences by us. Regarding event organising, please contact us.

Our conference rooms are equipped with a flipchart with paper and markers, laser pointer, projector, projector stand, screen, sound system, Wi-Fi (broadband internet), Hi-Fi and air conditioning.

Services related to our conference rooms: decoration fit for the occasion, as required, snacks, accommodation.

Meeting room

For a confined small-scale meeting with only a few participants, the elegant Károly Hall of the Castle is an ideal choice.

Conference Centre

Our conference centre is suitable for 300 persons. Its rooms can be divided into sections (Pál Hall, Middle Hall and Hannibál Hall) and can be used separately or together, depending on the number of persons.

Knights’ Hall

For partner meetings and conferences with a high number of participants (max. 300 persons), we recommend our renaissance-style Knights’ Hall.

    Our offer is valid for at least 10 persons, between 10 January and 20 December 2026 (except during special and holiday periods).

    Upon prior agreement, we can meet individual expectations regarding the conference locations and the above offers (accommodation for more nights, meals and snacks differently from the above, other technical devices etc.)
