The hardening and clumping of joints and muscles could be the origin of countless diseases and unpleasant physical symptoms, which at first only cause pain, but more significant diseases may develop later on. Using the methods of light chiropractic not only can we have an effect on bones, but on musculature and joints as well. It can help remove these symptoms without pain. The basis of this method is the relaxation and stretching of muscles and tendons, as well as working on the spine. All of these promote the restoration of a symmetrical body posture and the relaxation of musculature by stimulating the lymphatic system. Of course more treatment is needed for a problem that has developed over a longer period.
Light chiropractic can be an effective cure against waist and back pains, headache, lumbago, sciatica, hand and leg numbness, as well as the dislocation of the sacrum. It is not recommended in cases of untreated high blood pressure, acute osteoporosis or acute inflammation.
Light chiropractic process: at the start we are going to relax the muscles with a special massage, and we are also massaging the joints and fascia blocks. Not by force; rather, by an appropriate special grip we allow the joints to make way for the bones to find their places.
